Step 4. Publish Your Website to your Hosting

Ok, so you have designed your website, everything looks good, all the links are going where then should.

You are ready to publish your site to get some customers in the door!

If you remember from Step 2. Domain Name and Hosting, You should have a hosting company that will allow you to publish your site to their servers. You will need the username and password for your account. And you will need some software like WSFtp, or similar to copy your site files to the proper areas in your domain directory. Typically that directory is public_html.

Once you copy your files in, then presto...You are Live !
